The the AnyCount word count tool settings file can be found at:

Windows XP - C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Local Settings\Application Data\AIT\AnyCount 3D\Settings (by default)

Windows Vista or newer- %HOMEPATH%\AppData\Local\AIT\AnyCount 3D\Settings (by default)
