Can I type in Hebrew in TO3000?

Yes, you can type in Hebrew. In order to do it you should set Hebrew as the language for non-Unicode programs in your OS.
Open Control Panel>Regional and Language options, select the Advanced tab, and set Hebrew as the "language for non-Unicode programs".
