How to make some text in a template not printable?
Posted by Maksim Karganov (AIT) on 03 June 2011 05:45 PM

First of all, please open the template you need to change in MS Word. For this, go to "Corporate/Business Settings >> Templates" and choose the template.

Mark the text you do not want to print, right-click on it and choose Font.

In the opened window select the checkbox "Hidden" in the Effects field. Then the appropriate text will be underlined by a dotted line. Now it will not be printed but you will be able to see it.
