The usual way to update is to use the Database converter, which is bundled with TO3000. It is located in All Programs>Translation Office 3000, Verson 3D>Database Converter in the start menu.

Note that this Converter only accepts database files for TO3000 10 and 11. If you were using an older database, you will first need to use the converter at C:\Program Files (x86)\AIT\Translation Office 3000 Version 3D\Admin\DBConverter10 to create a TO3000 11 database file, which can then be used in the "new" converter to transfer data to TO3000 3D.
