What is the difference between (Site) and (Global) Corporate Licenses?

Using a Site license gives the license holder the authority to install and register the software product on as many systems as required, within one physical company site or building.

Using a Global license gives the license holder the authority to install and register the software product on as many systems as required, at all physical company sites or buildings globally.
