I often forget to back up the database. Is there a way to schedule automatic backups?

Yes. Projetex includes an Autobackup service.

To access it, please do the following:

1) Launch the Server Admininstrator utility.

2) Switch to the "Database" tab and and click "Autobackup Service".

 

You will be able to set up autobatic backups either at set intervals, or at specific times, and select the days of the week when auto-backups should or should not take place.
