What is the difference between custom queries and custom reports?

Custom queries are simply SQL queries that can be used to extract data from the database without using the default interface. Queries can be used and edited only from the "Projetex Server Administrator" utility (Corporate Settings >> Queries).


Reports are SQL and FastReport enabled documents, that can be used from the Workstations, by any user with access to the "Reports" section of the interface.
