The AnyCount world count tool refuses to count new versions of MS office files (DOCX, XLSX, etc) even thought the required version of MS Office is installed.

First of all, please try running the AnyCount world count tool in Administrator mode (right-click >> Properties >> Compatibility >> enable "Run as admininstrator")
