When, exactly, are new folders in the File Management system created?

Folders for new clients, quotes, etc., only appear when they are "called" by the program for the first time in any manner.

For example, after creating the new client, you could switch to the "files" tab, or click the folder icon at the far right of the "Client folder" field in the client's profile, or create any template-based document that relates to that client (quote, invoice, etc.), and only then the corresponding folders would be created. Basically, a new folder appears when the program needs it for the first time.
