Is the General Price list connected to the price lists of individual Clients?

Not explicitly. The Prices in the general list do not belong to any individual client. And the prices added to the individual lists are not added to the general list. However, you can use the "Copy from General" function in the individual lists to quickly transfer certain prices from the general list.
