When we create a project and assign POs for them, after a short time the POs disappear.

The most likely reason is that the "missing" POs are actually hidden behind filters.
Please disable any filters in the workstation.

If you still can not see the required PO, please log out, then log in as the administrator (login: Admin, default password: admin).
