The \DATE_DUE\ variable displays "Settled xx days earlier" instead of the date for settled invoices.

That was the idea. After all, what is the point of displaying a due date if the invoice is already settled.


Perhaps you could add such a construction instead:
\if(INV_IS_PAID=0)\
\DATE_DUE\
\endif\
So that the date is only displayed if the invoice is not paid yet.
