Projetex won't run on my version of Windows Server.

For WinServer machines, a possible cause could be incorrectly configured Group Policies.

Please try the following:

Press Windows + R keys.
In the run dialogue box, enter gpedit.msc and click OK.
Navigate to Windows Settings > Security Settings > Local Policy > Security Options.
Locate User Account Control: Admin Approval Mode for the Built-in Administrator Account, and open the same.
Under the Local Security Setting tab, select Enable.
Click on Apply and OK to save your changes.

Uninstall and re-install Projetex and reboot the machine.
