Issue when creating multi-job invoices from a custom template.

Q: I have loaded a template which works OK and invoiced a few single jobs so far. Today, I wanted to invoice 5 jobs done in November for the same client. I managed to create the invoice and the 5 jobs are related to it. But when I create the Word version of the invoice, only the first job appears and the sub-total and the total are the ones of the 5 jobs altogether.
What do you think should be done?


A:Please go into "Business Settings >> templates", open the Invoice template, select everything from the \scanentry\ to the \scanfooter\ tags, paste it into your custom template, and change the font of that table to a more common one, like Arial or Times New Roman.
