My computer crashed and I can't activate my license on the new one.

Your license needs to be deactivated manually.

Please go to https://www.translation3000.com/account/orders/, click "License manage" next to the required license and click "Deactivate" next to the license key on the next page.

 

If the problem persists, please contact support.
