Is there a way to duplicate/copy permissions from one user to another without doing it manually?

In the "Edit user" window, note the "Copy from access role" button.
In "Administrator >> Access Roles" you can create "templates" of user access rights.

For example, you can create an "Accountant" template and configure it.
Next time you create a user account for an accountant, you will be able to click "Copy from access role" and select an appropriate role to imports its settings.
