Yes, it is possible by using the built-in CATCount utility, which is available through the "<=CatCount" buttons in the "New/Edit Job" and "New/Edit Quote" dialog boxes. After you click OK, the Trados word count will be transferred into job's Volume field, as a single number, with detailed results available in the Notes tab.

I have used this feature, but sometimes not all the numbers are loaded correctly, and I have to enter some manually.

Dear Nicolas, probably there is some damaged Trados log file. If this issue will occur again, please send a problem log file to our Support Team for investigation of the issue. You can submit a ticket at http://www.aithelp.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit

May I use Wordfast log file, which is pretty similar to Trados?

Dear Roger, currently TO3000 does not support importing of Wordfast log files. It supports only Trados, MemoQ and Logoport log files. We will consider a possibility to implement such feature in one of the next builds of TO3000.
