The сondition for the \CLIENT_STREET2\ variable should look like \if(CLIENT_STREET2<>'')\\CLIENT_STREET2\\endif\

Templates can be edited in "Business / Corporate Settings >> Templates".

Note: For numeric variables in similar circumstances, use the condition \if(VAR_NAME<>0)\ instead.
