Import from TMX: Why do I receive an Error message?

Question: When importing from TMX I receive the following error message: "Warning: Selected file does not contain segments with source and target languages of this translation memory". However, languages seem to match in translation memory and in TMX.

Answer: Please double-check the languages in TMX and in translation memory. Please note that language options like "Spanish (Modern Sort)", and "Spanish (Spain)" are still treated as different languages.
