To change the user name in template-based documents, please open the appropriate RTF template in the "Corporate / Business Settings > Templates" section and replace all \USER_NAME\  (\COMPANY_NAME\ in Projetex) variables in templates with your actual name. This way, your name will be hardcoded into the templates.
