Glossary names displayed in question marks

the most likely reason is that the name of the glossary is written in a language other than what is selected as yout system's locale. Please try the following: open Regional and Language Options, switch to the Advanced tab and select your language as the "language to match the language version of the non-Unicode programs you want to use". | |
