TO3000 uses a database placed on disk C. Some systems require the user to request administrator rights to make changes on that disk.

TO3000 also uses other files (templates, schemes, filters) that are placed on disk C.

Please right-click on the program shortcut and click "Run as administrator".

Alternatively, navigate to the shortcut's "Properties >> Comptability" dialog and tick the "Run program as administrator" checkbox. The shortcut will then always launch the program in Admin mode.
