Your invoices can look a little different when you print them and use different file formats.

To obtain the required layout in your invoice document, you can use one of the following solutions:

1. Try to select a different file format. If you get a correct layout in this file format, you can re-save the file to your required format afterwards.

2. If you receive the required layout only when printing your document, you can print your document using a virtual printer (for example Microsoft XPS printer) and then re-save your file to the required file formats. You can use different thind-party PDF printers as well.
