Setting the non-Unicode language

Encoding: when I type "Hirschstraße" in the Address field, that's what I get in the invoice: "Hirschstra" What should I do? I have MS Windows 8

Please go to "Control Panel>Region>Administrative" and click the "Change System Locale" button. You will be able to set the preferred languge for non-Unicode programs.
