I cannot see the Custom Queries and Custom Reports sections when I go to Settings > Advanced. What can I do?

Custom Reports and Custom Queries are only available in TO3000 Advanced. You can upgrade your license to TO3000 Advanced. This will allow you to implement any custom queries and reports in the future, and also will provide you with all the other features of the Advanced edition.
