I have installed a new TO3000 version, but is does not see my database. What should I do?

Your database needs to be updated for use with a new TO3000 version. To update your database from TO3000 v10 or 11 to TO3000 3D, please perform the steps from the article:

If are updating from TO3000 v9 or lower, please perform all the steps from the following guide (the guide is valid for TO3000 v11 as well):
