This problem occurs if the Projetex Workstation does not have access rights to overwrite the following file:

C:\Users\Public\Documents\AIT\Projetex 3D\Projetex Workstation\CATCount 4\catcont.txt

This file is responsible for containing the CATCount Notes of your last job. To resolve this issue, please try the following solutions:

1. Launch Projetex 3D in administrator mode. For this, please right-click the shortcut and select "Run as administrator". Then try to create a job and check whether CATCount notes were updated correctly.
2. If the problem persists, please go to "Administrator >> Catcount >> Change" and select the word-based unit you use most commonly.
