I have downloaded my purchased product from your website and now I constantly receive your trial letters. How can I get rid of this?

The messages you receive are the automatically generated emails which have been sent by our follow-up system. This system starts counting from the day you have requested a download link for the product. You can click the link on the bottom of the follow-up letter to unsubscribe from these follow-ups. If you encounter difficulties while trying to unsubscribe, please send us a letter to support@to3000.com and we will help you resolve the problem.

To avoid these follow-ups in the future, please download your purchased products from your personal profile at clients.translation3000.com. For more information, please check this article.
