I have ordered the upgrade, but now I receive "General error 706" when I try to activate my new version.

This kind of error usually occurs if your account does not contain the original license (the one you have upgraded from). In this case, please send us a letter to one of the following emails - support@anycount,, (depending on the product you use). Also please include information about your original registration email address and the new one. Our support team will merge your accounts and resolve the problem.
