I have ordered the upgrade, but now I receive "General error 706" when I try to activate my new version.

This kind of error usually occurs if you used a registration email different from the one used with your original license, thus creating a new account for the upgrade, rather than adding it to the existing one. In this case, please send us a letter to one of the following emails - support@anycount,, (depending on the product you use). Also please include information about your original registration email address and the new one. Our support team will merge your accounts and resolve the problem.
