This kind of problem usually occurs if you order an upgrade using an email address or registration name different from the one in your original purchase. Please send us a letter to support@projetex.com or support@to3000.com (depending on the product you use) and send all information about your order and your original license. Our technical support team will resolve the problem ASAP for you.
