This kind of error occurs if you have created a custom field with a name which conflicts with a name of your Global Variable. Please change either your custom field name or the variable name at:

For TO3000: Backstage View > Advanced Settings > Template Variables

For Projetex: Backstage View > Administrator> Template Variables
