Sometimes Projetex (TO3000) uses a project number twice while naming project folders. What can be the reason?

This situation could occur when you delete one of your projects. When you delete a project, its folder structure remains intact to prevent data loss. If this project folder is not required anymore, you can delete the project's folder after deleting a project in Projetex/TO3000. This should prevent possible folder duplications.
