How do I retrieve the installer or licence key for my program if I lost them or forgot where they are?

Retrieving your installers\licence codes is easy. Please do the following:

1. Log into your personal account at http://clients.translation3000.com/.

2. Select the program you want to install/activate.

3. Download the current version of your program and copy your serial number.

4. Run the installer. It is recommended to run installers in Administrator mode. For this, right-click the file and select "Run as administrator".

5. Run the program and activate it using your serial number.
