A single job can not be associated with multiple invoices.

However, you can create multiple jobs in a single project.

Name these jobs in a way that makes it clear they are parts of a single "actual job" and indicate their cost as a corresponding fraction of the total cost of the actual job.

Then you can create a separate invoice for each job you created this way.
