I get the "can not connect to LocalDB Server" error when installing TO3000. What do I do?

Please do the following:

1) Uninstall TO3000.

2) Manually delete the folders:

%HOMEPATH%\AppData\Local\AIT\ 

C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server Compact Edition

3) Re-install TO3000, running the installer in Administrator mode.
