Can users in Projetex see and edit projects or other records created by other users?

Only users with Advanced access can see records assigned to other users.

Users with Normal or Expert access can only see records assigned to them.

A user's access level can be set from an Administrator's account in the Projetex Workstations (Administrator >> Users and access).
