Please do the following:
1. Uninstall Translation Office 3000 from your computer, then locate the folder "C:\Users\Public\Documents\AIT\TO3000, Version 3D\db" (if it exists) and move it to a different location.
2. Delete the folders C:\Users\Public\Documents\AIT\TO3000, Version 3D\ %HOMEPATH%\AppData\Local\AIT\TO3000, Version 3D\
3. Download the latest version of Translation Office 3000 3D here: http://www.translator3000.com/downloads/SetupTO3000v3D.exe or http://to3000.com/download3/SetupTO3000v3D.exe and install it with the Demo database.
If the problem persists, please send us the installation logs; they should be saved in %HOMEPATH%\AppData\Local\AIT\TO3000, Version 3D\Logs"
