I get the error "Names in license keys do not match" when trying to upgrade the program. What can I do?

Please contact support at https://aithelp.com/Tickets/Submit with this problem. Most likely, there is a mismatch in the registration names of the original purchase and the upgrade. We will fix the mismatch and inform you of the fact. If the problem persists after the mismatch is fixed, please uninstall and re-install the program. | |
