I get the error "Names in license keys do not match" when trying to upgrade the program. What can I do?

Please contact support with this problem. Most likely there is a mismatch in the registration names of the original purchase and the upgrade.

If the problem persists after the mismatch is fixed, please uninstall and re-install your AnyCount.
