Not immediately. The database file first needs to pass though a special "database converter" utility, which will transfer the data into a format TO3000 3D can read.

The default location of the converter is C:\Program Files (x86)\AIT\Translation Office 3000 Version 3D\Admin\DBConverter\TO3000_3DConverter.exe

If your previous database is from TO3000 9 or older, you will first need to pass it through an additional converter at C:\Program Files (x86)\AIT\Translation Office 3000 Version 3D\Admin\DBConverter10\DBConverter.exe to create a TO3000 11 database file that the first converter can read.
