One of users needs to download some RTF templates from the server, but their account has no access to the "Corporate Settings" tab. What can we do?

Please log in to that user's workststion as the System Admininstrator (Login: Admin, default password: admin) and download the templates with the "Corporate settings >> Templates" interface.

Once the user logs back in, the templates will be available to them.
