You might want to use a Dynamic DNS service to assign a DNS name to your current IP address and update the IP address data whenever the IP changes. Then you will be able to use the DNS name to access Projetex Server from anywhere.
There is a number of free dynamic DNS services like No-IP or DynDNS. Many modern routers offer embedded DynDNS clients, and there are dynamic DNS clients for MS Windows hosts.

Other options are to order a static IP address service from your ISP (charges from ISP may be applied) or (advanced) to create a kind of script which will detect IP address changes in the background and forward your current IP address information to your mailbox or instant messenger.
